INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

International orders are delivered by FedEx and ABX Express(for Zone A only). The shipping rates for international orders are given below and are added to your order at checkout.

DELIVERY TIME

Please allow 2-4 working days for delivery upon confirmation of your order. For international order, please allow for an additional 1-3 working days.

THIRD PARTY DELIVERY

Our extensive collection of necktie presents the choice of a perfect gift for your loved one. And for your added convenience, we facilitate sending your gift order directly to his. All you have to do is provide us the appropriate shipping information at checkout.

P.O. BOXES AND HOTEL

We do not deliver to P.O. boxes or to hotels. Please only provide us a residential or commercial address for delivery to ensure you receive your order safely, promptly and in good condition.

IMPORT DUTY AND TAXES

International orders may be subject to import duty and taxes which are levied once your package reaches your country. We deliver your package with duties and taxes unpaid and cannot predict what your particular charges may be. If you do incur these additional charges, they must be settled by you in order to clear customs. Please contact your local customs office for more information on import duties and taxes. Please note that we declare the full value of the order on all packages shipped to outside Malaysia in accordance with legal requirements.

RETURN

All products sold at Tiezone.com.my will have a 7 days return policy!

Returned product must be in its original condition and not abused. Buyer must inform us at customer@tiezone.com.my within the 7 days period as of the INVOICE DATE of the product before returning the product.

Tiezone.com.my  will confirm with the buyer for the returning arrangement and buyer must ship the product back to Tiezone.com.my Malaysia address at his/her own cost. Buyer will take full responsibility of the product damage/lost of the during the return shipment back to Tiezone.com.my, thus is advice to use insured registered shipping. Buyer must ship and return the product to Tiezone.com.my within 7 days after receiving the return confirmation. 

Restocking Fees: Unless the product is defective or the return is a direct result of a Tiezone.com.my error, a restocking fee of 15% + Shipping Cost may be charged.
